The third, according to some people, most successful Open School day took place on 1st October 2006. Although the sky was clouded and from time to time there was some rain (This was because of the typhoon that hit Danang the day before), 224 teachers and 106 children attended this exciting day @ HRCTEM. The overall theme of the day was that HRCTEM is growing to become a centre of excellence in ICT integration in teaching and learning, management and administration. At the opening some traditional musicians performed excellent folkmusic.

In September 2005 IMIH started a blog http://hanoict.blogspot.com/ At that time our resource centre had a FPT internet connection. In March 2006 the new learning resource centre was launched, the internet connection was provided by VDC. It was only then that we found out that our blog was not showing. That’s mainly the reason why we now change the blog to http://hanoict.edublogs.org/
